Muhammad Faris is a lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering (DEIE), Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia. He received the S.T. degree (equal to B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering from DEIE UGM, in 2014 and, M.Sc. degree in Systems and Control from the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), The Netherlands, in 2018.

He is currently pursuing for a PhD at the graduate school of signals and systems at Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden.
